Nakuha sa kanya ng 5 malalaking pakete ng shabu na may bigat na 5 kilograms na nagkakahalag ng P34,000,000.00

Marijuana courier dies in General Santos road accident

COTABATO CITY --- A motorcycle-riding courier out to deliver some P20,000 worth of his illegal merchandise died in a road accident in Barangay Calumpang in General Santos City before dawn Friday.

Witnesses had told investigators from the General Santos City Police Office that the 26-year-old Niño Francis Arellano Vitor was riding his motorcycle when he collided head-on with another motorist, a minor, in a stretch of the Fil-Am Highway in Purok Fernandez in Barangay Calumpang.

2 villagers wounded in clash by rival Moro groups in MagSur

COTABATO CITY -Two villagers were badly wounded in the crossfire between two feuding Moro groups on Wednesday night in Mamasapano, Maguindanao del Sur.

In a report on Thursday to Bangsamoro Police Director Brig. Gen. Prexy Tanggawohn, the Maguindanao del Sur Provincial Police Office identified the victims as Miden Sabpa Dalana and Mohamiden Midtimbang Dasil, now confined in a hospital.

Cops hunt down attackers of SK university staff worker

ISULAN, Sultan Kudarat  – Police authorities here are hunting down two persons of interest in the killing of a staff worker of a state university whose body was found along Ala River Wednesday.

Police said Daryll Imperio, 44, resident of Barangay Kalawag 2, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat positively confirmed that the victim was his brother, Jonji Imperio, 42, single and employee of Sultan Kudarat State University (SKSU)

DAVAO CITY - Three followers of Pastor Apollo quiboloy who were co-accused in the child abuse charges against the leader of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ have been arrested in three different places in the region.

National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Archie Albao on Wednesday said the three were arrested in different places, one in Island garden City of Samal, one inside the Jose Maria College Compound and the third in Barangay Tamayong this city.

Businesswoman in Kidapawan City shot dead

COTABATO CITY --- Two men riding a motorcycle together shot dead a businesswoman at a busy street in Kidapawan City in North Cotabato province on Saturday morning.

The provincial police office and the Police Regional Office-12, said in an initial report on Sunday that the hardware store owner Aramae Diongson Bayhon had just disembarked from her Toyota Land Cruiser that she parked along Alim Street in Kidapawan City when one of her attackers shot her as they got close.

Wanted for high-profile crimes killed in Bangsamoro police operation

COTABATO CITY --- A suspect in a series of motorcycle thefts, multiple murders, extortion, and operation of a drug den who has links with local terrorist groups was killed while his companion was wounded in a shootout with policemen in Datu Odin Sinsuat in Maguindanao del Norte on Thursday.

The 32-year-old Razul Adza was declared dead on arrival at the Cotabato Regional Medical Center here where policemen brought him after the brief gunfight that left his cohort, Ali Mama, 54, badly wounded.

3 Tacurong drug den operators charged

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency 12 had filed corresponding cases against three operators of a drug den busted in Tacurong City on Friday last week, a non-bailable offense.

"They are now awaiting litigation. Operating a drug den is a non-bailable offense so they will remain locked in jail for the whole duration of their prosecution for the case they now face," Aileen Lovitos, director of PDEA-12, said.

Drug den owner Ricky Plarisan Borres and his accomplices, Bernadette Caños Besavilla and Kristelle Mae Bermejo Caalim are now all in the custody of PDEA-12.
