Esmael Totoo Manguadatu has offered Php100,000 reward money for anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest of other suspects in the rape-slay of a 15-year-old working student of Buluan, Maguindanao.Earlier, the Buluan PNP arrested three suspects who were pointed by witnesses based on their sworn statements. Two of them were found positive of drug use.Senior Insp. TACURONG CITY -Authorities hinted deep-seated land conflict as behind the killing on Monday of a 60-year old barangay health worker here. Supet. Junny Buenacosa, city police director, said although there are other angles being studied in the killing of Josie Layson Cabellaje, land conflict was the closest.
