MIDSAYAP,
North Cotabato (Sept. 24) – The 3-day, festival of Remembering, Reliving and
Hoping” highlighting 75th jubilee year celebrations of the Oblates
of Mary Immaculate daring missionary presence in the Philippines entered its second day today with more activities at the NDMC gymnasium.Highlighting
on the Day of reliving” is the Eucharistic celebration with Jolo Bishop
Angelito Lampon, OMI as the main celebrant at the Notre Dame of Midsayap
Collegue gymnasium.
Reminisce the
early years of Oblate missionaries in Midsayap and in its mission areas by
viewing the photo exhibit also at NDMC gymnasium. Relive how the early Oblates
dared the undared, reached out to communities where nobody dared to reach
before relive how the mode of transportation foreign OMI priests used in
journeying to bring the Good News to the poor.
A concert and
variety show will also be held in the evening with RnB Knight Duncan Ramos,
Princess Velasco and Luke Mejares.
