BFP-ARMM sets cool run for Fire Prevention Month

COTABATO CITY -- The Bureau of Fire Protection-Autonomous
Region in Muslim Mindanao (BFP-ARMM) will be accepting entries for its 2nd
Joint Cool Run until February 19.
This year’s edition of the Cool Run
with the theme Takbo Laban sa Sunog 2018 is set for March 10 as part of this
year’s observance of Fire Prevention Month.
According to BFP-ARMM, they set an
earlier registration period for the run to have adequate time to prepare the
items participants will receive.
Run participants will be given a
singlet, a race bib and refreshments.
Registration forms are available at the
BFP-ARMM office at Don Abelardo Street, Cotabato City. Registration fee is
P300.
The run will start at the Cotabato City
People’s Palace (City Hall) grounds and end at the Cotabato City Plaza.
There will be separate categories for
male and female runners with the top three in each category taking home cash
prizes. Fist place finishers will receive P3,000, 2nd place finishers get P2,000
