Militiaman in murder of comrades charged

KORONADAL CITY - Police have filed Monday murder and frustrated murder charges against a militiaman who shot dead his two comrades and wounded another in Tampakan, South Cotabato last week.Senior InspectorSherwin Boy Maglana, Tampakan police chief, told DXOM-AM Radyo Bida thatCAFGUMark Anthony Aradaza of Barangay San Isidro, Tampakan, has been charged before the local court.Maglana did not say whether or not Aradaza revealed what motivated him to kill comradesFrankly Viloria, 23 and Mark Anthony Macul, 26, both belonging to 7th CAA/CAFGU company under the supervision of the 27th Infantry Battalion.After shooting his companions with M-14 rifle in militia detachment in Barangay Palo, Aradaza fled and hid in Barangay Topland, Koronadal City where he was arrested by Tampakan PNP.
