Koronadal PNP gets new patrol car from LGU
KORONADAL CITY -- Police mobility in this city has been boosted with the turn over of new 4X4 Isuzu D-Max patrol car from the local government unit, officials said. Senior Supt. Barney Condes, Koronadal City police director, received the key of the brand new patrol car from Mayor Peter Miguel during simple ceremonies Monday. The turn over took place during flag raising ceremonies of the city government in front of the Koronadal City hall with all employees in attendance. Condes lauded the continuous support of the city government, headed by Mayor Miguel, for the city PNP. It is a concrete example of governance with paramount concern on the safety and security of the people, Condes said. Condes said the vehicle would mean that even the far flung areas of the city could be reached by police officers in responding to different calls for assistance hereby creating an impression of a police that is felt and seen by the community.
