CIDG agents arrest man wanted in 2 South Cotabato towns
T’BOLI, SOUTH
COTABATO – A man wanted by law in two South Cotabato town was arrested by police
agents in Purok Maligaya, Barangay New Dumanggas here on Saturday.
Senior
Inspector Timothy Arciso, chief of Criminal Investigation and Detection Group
(CIDG) South Cotabato director, identified the suspect as Jose Hablador, alias
Nonoy, 45 of Sitio San Blas, Barangay Liwanay, Banga, South Cotabato.
Arciso said
Hablador was the most wanted person in Banga and Surallah, both in South
Cotabato.
CIDG agents
backed by T’boli police under the leadership of Jose Marie Simangan, served the
warrant of arrest against Hablador for rape charges issued by Judge Roberto
Ayco, presiding judge of RTC Branch 26.
Hablador
admitted to police investigators the incident happened in 2012. At the time, he
said he was asleep when a female neighbour barged inside his room and he was
carried by his earthly desires.
