1 dies, 2 hurt in 2 separate vehicular accident in Cotabato City

COTABATO CITY - Police authorities hereare hunting down a man from Shariff Aguak, Maguindanao who fled a vehicular accident involving his van and a 23-year-old man along Sinsuat Avenue, this City Friday dawn.Abdul Kader, driver of a passenger van with license plate WJY-192, immediately fled after the vehicle hit Isam Ketab of Barangay Campo Muslim, Cotabato City who was declared dead on arrival at a hospita.Police report said Ketab was walking along the highway when accidentally hit by the van. Peñafrancia and Lyndon Chan, both of Cotabato City were rushed to the hospital after they were hit by still unidentified vehicle along Sinsuat Avenue.Initial investigation showed the two were under the influence of liquor when hit by the vehicle.Both are now confined at a government hospital here.
