Ombudsman dismisses graft charges vs Cotabato town exec, 3 others

ISULAN, Sultan Kudarat -- Police here defused a powerful improvised bomb left near the town welcome rotunda Tuesday morning as local police, Army, fire and civil officials were to start a parade, police said.Supt. Phony priest arrested in Midsayap for shabu possession

MIDSAYAP, North
Cotabato – A man claiming to be a Catholic priest” was arrested by
police for possession of illegal drugs and who allegedly duped several persons
on Sunday, police said today.

Midsayap town police chief, identified the phony priest as John Ferolin who goes
around and identify himself as Fr. John.”
