Presidential aspirant SenatorGrace Poe has conceded to Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte shortly before midnight Monday.Duterte said Poe called him and extend her congratulatory message.In a hastily called news conference aired live on natonal media, Poe said she believed the people have spoken.

COTABATO CITY -– Three grenade explosions
rocked the town hall of Sultan Mastura, Maguindanao Monday afternoon but voting
was not interrupted, police saidtoday.

attacks came in succession at past 1 p.m.
