PDEA agents arrest 2 men in anti-drug operation

KORONADAL CITY - As if mainstream media and social media reports that drug personalities ending up dead or in jail are mere daily rhetorics, two men from this city keep on using prohibited drugs and ended up in jail, as well.Mark Vincent Valencia, 33, a janitor of Barangay Concepcion, Koronadal City and Rene Campomanes, 37 of Barangay Zone 1, this city are now languishing in jail after they were collared during anti-drug operation, according to Kath Abad.Abad, speaking for the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Region 12, said an buy bust operation was conducted Wednesday night in Purok La Trinidad, Barangay Zone 1, Koronadal City with a PDEA agent posing as buyer. Seized from them were prohibited drugs estimated to cost P3,700 and other shabu paraphernalia, Abad said.
