Kidapawan Comelec open today for youth list up KIDAPAWAN CITY
(Sept. 20) – The Commission on Elections office here is open today to accept
registrants for the Sangguniang Kabataan list up, a poll official said today.

Javier, Kidapawan election officer, said the list up of youth aged 15 to 17 was
in accordance with Comelec Resolution 9717.

Javier said
youth list up will last until September 29 for the February 21, 2015 Sangguniang
Kabataan elections.

Last year’s SK
elections was suspended by Congress through Republic Act 10632.

Javier
appealed to qualified youth to come early because the list up will last only for

(Sept. 20) -- A police buy bust operation resulted in the arrest of a
30-year-old suspected drug courier and pusher here, authorities said Saturday.

Recovered from
the possession Sarida Mangkot Bago were five sachets of suspected shabu and drug

IPHO-North Cotabato searches allegedHIV patient KIDAPAWAN CITY
(Sept. 20) – The provincial health office has confirmed one case of Human
Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in North Cotabato.Dr. Eva
Rabaya, North Cotabato Integrated Provicnial Health Office (IPHO) chief,
refused to reveal the place where the patient resides and where he or she is
now.

We are still
closely monitoring the case,” Rabaya said in an interview by DXND Radyo Bida.

Rabaya said
her office has received information about a person believed to be HIV positive
sometime in August.

But it was not
in Matalam town, she said.

On the
reported presence of farmer in Matalam who personally informed health workers
about his ailment, Rabaya said she has ordered confidential verification.

The IPHO chief
also admitted the public in North Cotabato is not yet fully informed about the
disease.
