KABACAN, North
Cotabato (Sept. 5) -- The floods that submerged nine villages of Kabacan, North

Management Council said today.

This after the
Pulangi and Kabacan Rivers overflowed Wednesday, disaster officials said.

Of the 8,435
families affected, about 162 families are now staying at two evacuation
centers.

Following the
incident, the Municipal disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, in its

families continue to rise due to continuous moderate to heavy down pour.

The nine inundated
