Only in Cotabato City.All aspirants in the May 14 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan must undergo drug test, city Mayor Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi said.Sayadi said all candidates must pass the drug test to be conducted by the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC) with the participation of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
