Brown out snags Comelec list up in Kidapawan

KIDAPAWAN CITY - Registration of new voters and validation of voters' record in Kidapawan City has been disrupted by an hour-long power interruption.Atty. Marily Bayao,City Acting Election officer, said the Comelec office had to face with a one hour daily power interruption since the other day.At the homestretch of the year round registration and validation of incomplete voters' records, more and more people are trying to beat the October 31 deadline.Power provider Cotabato electric cooperative said power rationing has to be implemented due to decreased power supply from the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines.
