Senate holds public consultation on BBL in Cotabato City

COTABATO CITY -- Senator Miguel Migz Zubiri is now spearheading the Joint Public Hearing on the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law at the Shariff Kabunsuan Complex inside the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) compound.Accompanying Zubiri are Senators JV Ejercito and Sonny Angara.The consultation is on going at the Shariff Kabunsuan complex while Bangsamoro men and women patiently wait outside the complex.The committees involved in the joint hearings are Committee on Constitutional Amendments and Revision of Codes, Ways and Means, and Finance and Sub-Committee on the BBL.Before the consultation, Zubiri, Ejercito and Angara met with Moro Islamic Liberation Front chair Al Haj Murad and other MILF leaders.Photo below from FB page of Sen.
