COTABATO CITY
-- The Aboitiz-owned Cotabato Light and Power Company (Cotabato Light) has
continued improving its services to clients, the latest of which is
decentralizing payment of power bills.

City Mall of Cotabato where the power firm's clients could pay electric bills.
