Cotabato City has new police director

COTABATO CITY - A new police chief has been named and installed for Cotabato City Police Office (CCPO) on Saturday.Senior Supt. Victor Valencia has been appointed as new city police director, replacing Senior Supt. Danny Reyes.Senior Supt. Debold Sinas, Deputy Regional Director for Administration (DRDA) of Police Regional Office (PRO-12) administered the turn over of command Saturday morning at CCPO, PC Hill, Cotabato City. Senior Supt.Danny Reyes' stint as city director of Cotabato City was very remarkable because crime rate dropped by about 20 percent, Mayor Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi said.
