ARMM DPWH execand Do not make roads as solar dryers for agri products

COTABATO CITY - Major roads in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao has long been converted by farmers as solar driers making the highway risky for motorists.This prompted ARMM Department of Public Works and Highways Sec. Don Mustapha Loong to appeal to farmers not to use the road network as drying facilities of corn and copra, especially in Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur. It made the road narrow and dangerous to motorists, I hope our brethren will understand our appeal, Loong said in an interview.Loong also appealed to owners of livestocks to ensure cattles, carabaos, goats do not stay in the middle of the highway as this pose danger to motorists.
