WEATHER TODAYand Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), an area of wind convergence, is affecting Mindanao.Today, cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over the regions of Caraga, Davao and Northern Mindanao. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
