ARMM HEART personnel on their way to clear water lilies in Taviran, Mother Kabuntalan, Maguindanao Sunday morning took this photo of water hyacinth building up underneath Tamontaka Bridge.Water lilies prevent the smooth flow of river water to the Moro Gulf causing water to divert tonearby villages.
