SEVERE WEATHER BULLETIN | 5and00 PMSevere Tropical Storm with international name Megi has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and was given the local name sand//www.facebook.com/hashtag/helenph #HelenPH .At 4and00 PM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm Helen was estimated 1,390 km east northeast of Casiguran, Aurora.It has maximum sustained winds of up to 110 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 140 kph, moving west northwest at 25 kph.No tropical cyclone warning has been issued but estimated rainfall amount is from moderate to heavy rains within 600 km diameter of the severe tropical storm.
