Remains of 2 dead males in SoCot identified, claimed

STO NINO,
South Cotabato – Police here have identified the dead bodies of two males found
along a dirt road here last Tuesday.

Police Senior
Inspector Virlen Pampolina, Sto. Nino police chief, said the remains of Datu
Ali Kanid, 20 of Barangay Laguilayan, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat and Malik Kanid of
Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao were claimed by their respective families
Wenesday.

The victims
who are relatives are both farmers according to their families and will be
buried on Muslim rights,” Pampolina told DXOM FM Koronadal Thursday.

They were found
dead by a passerby in a secluded and grassy portion of Barangay Ambalgan, Sto.
Nino Monday evening.

Police remained
clueless as to the motive and identity of the suspects.
