Relatives suspect foul play in Antipas farmer

North Cotabato, (Sept. 4/NDBC) --
Relatives of a man here who was found hanging lifeless believed he was a victim
of foul play.
Speaking
to Radyo Bida Kidapawan, relatives of 30-year-old Noel Salamanca, farmer andresident of
Barangay Poblacion, Antipas believed he was hanged by still unidentified
person.
Initial
police investigation showed that Salamanca was last seen drunk in front of his
home on Tuesday night.
A
relative who asked not to be named arrived to Salamaca’s home and found him
hanging with a rope in front of his home.
Police
are still investigating the incident. (NDBC)
