Rape suspect arrested for illegal drug pushing

KORONADAL CITY - A man, earlier arrested for child rape but was released after the time forfiling charges has lapsed, was arrested anew during anti-illegal drug operation Sunday.Supt. Barney Condes, Koronadal City PNP, identified the suspect asRamil Lamoste, 32, married and resident of Purok Urban Poor, Barangay San Isidro, this city,Seized during the operation at 9:40 a.m. Sundaywere two heat-sealed suspected shabu.But Lamoste denied he was pushing illegal drugs and even dared authorities to have him drug tested. I don't push illegal drugs, I am ready to undergo drug test, Lamoste told reporters.Condes said Lamoste and his brother Ferdinand were named by two minor girls, aged 9 and 10, as the ones who have molested them.Police believed the brothers were high on illegal drug use when the alleged molestation was committed.
