KORONADAL CITY (Sept. 19) -- President Aquino today declared October 8, Wednesday,as special non working holiday here as the city celebrates its 14th charter foundation anniversary. It is but fitting and proper that the people of Koronadal be given full opportunity tocelebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, the President said in Presidential Proclamation No. 877 issued by Exec.Sec. Paquito Ochoa.
