COTABATO CITY -- The Cotabato Light and Power Company (Cotabato Light) has announced a scheduled electric service interruption in some areas in the city on Saturday.Arlene Hepiga of Cotabato Light public affairs office said the power interruption will start at 8 a.m until 11 a.m. on June 9.The three-hour service interruption is necessary to facilitate the replace of transformer. It cannot be done if the power lines are live (energized), thus the scheduled service interruption for the safety of our linemen. Affected are some portions of Barangay RH 7 and RH 10, Cotabato City. Hepiga said Cotabato Light will exert all efforts to finish the work speedily and restore electric service as soon as possible.However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances, she added.
