Kalamansig PNP arrest wanted man, seize grenade

KALAMANSIG, Sultan Kudarat - Police arrested here Wednesday dawn a wanted person and the recovery of a hand grenade, police said.Senior Supt. Raul Supiter, Sultan Kudarat police director, quoting a report from Kalamansig Municipal Police Station, identified the suspect as Tonting Manigkan Dipatuan, 53, a resident of Barangay Cadiz.He said the arrest of Dipatuan was based on an arrest warrant issued by Judge Alvin Guntang ofMunicipal Circuit Trial Court.A hand grenade was recovered from him.He is also facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10591 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and Explosives).
