House budget committee approves proposed ARMM P24.3-B budget for 2015 budget

COTABATO CITY (Sept. 17) --The House Committee on Appropriations approved the proposed P24.299 billion budget of the ARMM for 2015 in a pre-plenary hearing held Tuesday, atthe House of Representatives in Batasan Hills, Quezon City. The ARMM Bureau of Public Information, in a statement said,Rep. Bai Sandra A. Sema of the 1st District of Maguindanao and Cotabato City, one of the committee’s vice-chairpersons, presided over the hearing.Sema lauded Regional Gov. Mujiv Hataman and his Cabinet for bringing tangible developments in ARMM’s economy, health and education and showing that the Moro people have good leaders and professionals who can do the job.”Hataman lauded the lawmakers and the people of the ARMM. Maraming salamat sa lahat ng inyong suporta at sa inspirasyon na inyong naibibigay sa amin upang pag-ibayuhin pa ang aming mga trabaho upang mapaunlad ang ating rehiyon (Thank you for all your support and the inspiration you gave us that inspired us to work doubly hard so our region realize the needed development), Hataman said.
