Cotabato City fire victims to get aid from city gov't

COTABATO CITY - The City Social Welfare Office will extend assistance to fire victims of Cotabato City whose houses were destroyed or damaged in a series of fire incidents last year.The relief assistance to fire victims came after the City Legislative Body approved a resolution for the release of more than P100,000 taken from the 5 percent Local Disaster Risk Reduction
Management Fund.Separate fire incidents hit Purok Awal, Barangay Rosary Heights Mother on December 15, 2014 affecting 16 families Block 25 Notre Dame Village, Barangay Rosary Heights 8 affecting 12 families and on December 20, 28 families were affected in a fire that hit PC Hill, Barangay Rosary Heights 1, Cotabato City.
