CIDG agents arrest Surallah's No. 6 most wanted man s

KORONADAL CITY – A man wanted by law for eight counts of qualified theft was arrested by agents of theSouth Cotabato Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG).Senior InspectorTimothy Arciso Jr, CIDG- provincial chief, identified the suspect asRicardo Ombid Derecho, 48, resident ofSitio Lampako, BarangayLiwanay, Banga, South Cotabato.Armed with arrest warrants issued by RTC-26 Judge Roberto L. Ayco, the police arrested Derecho in his home Sunday morning. He did not resist arrest but denied the charges against him.Arciso said Derecho will have his day in court.The court recommended a bail bond ofP40,000 for each countbail bond for his temporary release.
