A suspected improvised bomb in a box left unattended in a vacant lot in Koronadal City has created fear along Arellano Street Sunday night.But Koronadal City Councilor Junette Hurtado said it was not a bomb.Police and villagers have been on alert following the foiled bombing attempt on a bus in nearby Tacurong City last week.
