Bartolome, Demetillo clans conduct medical dental services in Alamada
ALAMADA, North Cotabato - More than 700 indigent residents of three remote villages here have availed of free circumcision and medical dental services from the Bartolome and Demetillo families and from the provincial government of North Cotabato.The outreached activities were conducted in the villages of Bao, Malitubog and Parayawan.Retired Philippine National Police Director Gen. Nicanor Bartolome and his wife, Dr. Noime Demetillo Bartolome led the services in partnership with the office of Gov. Emmylou Mendoza, PNP physicians and the local government of Alamada.About 795residents of the three barangays have availed of medical dental services, Bartolome told DXMS Radyo Bida Saturday.Many of the locals have not seen a physician since birth and the medical outreach program was a respite for them.Similar activities will be conducted today in the villages of Dado and Barangay Poblacion on Sunday.
