3 SAF members die in Kidapawan highway accident

KIDAPAWAN CITY -- Three members of the PNP Special Action Force based in North Cotabato were killed in a deadly highway mishap Saturday dawn.The victimsand* PO3 Andi Balungayan, 37* PO3 James Bangayan,32* PO3 Arjay Curpoz Cuibal The cops were in civilian clothes and on board a motorbike heading to Police provincial office in Barangay Amas, Kidapawan City when it collided with the Kidapawan City 911 ambulance unit in Barnagay Paco at abut 1:30 a.m.Ambulance driver, Jofel Mangibunong, employee of Kidapawan City LGU, surrendered to police.
