2 lives lost on Friday the 13th in Koronadal highway accident

KORONADAL CITY - Friday the 13th was too costly for two hotel and restaurant management students here when a speeding Yellow Bus hit the motorbike they were riding Friday night.Gladys Ann Paranaque of Dansuli, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat andJolo Miranda of New Isabela, Tacurong City were killed after a bus hit them from behind at about 10:45 p.m. along the national highway in Barangay Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City.Miranda died on the spot while Paranaque expired at the South Cotabato provincial hospital.Marilyn Paranaque, the girl's mother, said the bus dragged the motorbike for more than 40 meters from the point of impact.
