Woman, 33, survives diamondback rattle snake attack in SK
KORONADAL CITY - A woman from Colombio, Sultan Kudarat has survived a diamondback snake attack in her village and is now recuperating at a government hospital here.Mary May Sebanes, 33,told DXOM-AM that she was walking home with her children when she felt something has pierced her feet. She then she saw the diamondback rattlesnake striking on her feet with its tail rattling.As she chuckled, the snake fled, crawling past her child's feet. Luckily the child was spared and the snake spirited away through the bush.Sebanes said she felt dizziness and sought the help of neighbors who rushed her to an herbalist who advised her to seek medical treatment at the hospital.A diamondback rattle snake is one of the most venomous snake found in the Philippines.
