Why DOH-ARMM exec mulls charges vs. CebPac?

COTABATO CITY - Dr. Kadil Sinolinding, Jrregional health secretary in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) is contemplating of filing charges against the country's second largest airline company for negligence.Sinolinding's 12-year-old son who traveled by himselffrom Cotabato to ManilaMonday on board Cebu Pacific.Sinolinding said his son was not new to traveling alone. He even traveled alone by plane from the United States to Manila to Cotabato.The regional secretary sent off his son Monday at the Cotabato airport and said he was taken cared of by CebPac Cotabato crew. I saw him boarded the plane, Sinollinding said, adding that his mother will fetch him at a designated area of the airline firm at NAIA Terminal 3.Quoting his son, Sinolinding said nobody from among the airline personnel everextended assistance tohim as he deplaned. After taking his luggage, he wandered at the airport until he exited, not at the normal arrival exit area, but to an exit area for airport workers.The child is English speaking inAmerican accent.The normal process, according to Sinolinding, was for the plane stewards or stewardess to guide him as he deplaned and turn him over to the Cebu Pacific Office where he will be fetched by his mother. Nobody helped him, nobody guided him, there was negligence, Sinolinding said of his son who wandered at the airport for about two hours.He said he is filing charges against the firmto prevent similar incident in the future not only to his son but to other child-passengers.
