North Cotabato IPHO gets dental bus
KIDAPAWAN CITY -– With a modern dental facilities all packed inside a bus,
the Integrated Provincial Health Office is expecting to improve dental health
care of North Cotabatenios, official said today.

after IPHO-North Cotabato received a brand new dental bus from the Department of
Health which the province will be using for its dental outreach programs in far
flung villages.
North
Cotabato Gov. Emmylou Mendoza received the vehicle in a ceremonial turn over
in Manila recentlyand the bus unit arrived in Kidapawan City, North
Cotabato’s capital, according to Jessie Enid, provincial focal person
for legal matters and health.He
said the bus was inspired by the North Cotabato’s Serbisyong Totoo” advocacy
to provide accessible health services to the constituents that was duly
recognized by DOH.
The
dental bus is a kind of reward the province received from DOH because of our
diligent performance in providing health services to the constituents,
particularly the series of dental outreach programs have been conducting,” Enid
said in a statement.
Dr.
Eva C. Rabaya, IPHO head and by Dr. Frank Mateo, DOH 12 assistant regional director,
accompanied Mendoza in receiving the bus unit from DOH officials.Rabaya
said dental bus will be based and under the care of IPHO and will be will be
used in the dental missions, especially in far flung areas.
