MSU professor found dead in her Cotabato City home

COTABATO CITY - A state university professor in Maguindanao was found dead inside her home at the outskirt village of Cotabato City Friday, police said.Noria Ali, a widow andprofessor on peace studiesof the Mindanao State University in Dalican, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao, was found bloodied and lifeless inside her home along Tulingan Street,Barangay Bagua-2, Cotabato City.Police said neighbors noticed that Ali failed to come out of her house Friday morning like what she used to do daily.Curious, the neighbors knocked on her house but got no answer. They decided to barged inside and discovered Ali's lifeless body on the floor.They alerted the police. Investigation showed the possibility that Ali accidentally fell and hit her head on something hard. Another police theory was an unidentified man attacked her.Ali's relative refusedpost mortem examination for her.
