Midsayap's 4 detainees due to illegal drugs moved to Amas

MIDSAYAP, North Cotabato - Police authorities here have moved four detainees, arrested during a series of police anti-illegal drug campaign, to the Amas provincial detention facility after charges have been filed against them.Supt. Reynante delos Santos, Midsayap police chief, three of the suspects were from Midsayap while the other was from Libungan, both in North Cotabato.A series of anti-illegal drug campaign launched by the Midsayap PNP and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)led to the fall of the suspects who have been under surveillance for a month, according to delos Santos.Delos Santos admitted the drug menace in Midsayap and nearby towns has been alarming and the police would not allow the proliferation of prohibited drugs, thus the massive campaign.
