Mangudadatu to visit Andal Sr in hospital if he says sorry
BULUAN, Maguindanao – Like relatives of Maguindanao massacre victims, Gov. Esmael Toto Mangudadatu wanted to ensure that former Gov. Andal Ampatuan Sr, primary suspect in the 2009 Maguindanao massacre was indeed six and dying.
