Lanao former vice mayor arrested in Ozamis for murder

MALABANG, Lanao del Sur - Dating vice mayor ng Picong, Lanao del Sur na kumakandidatong mayor ng Malabang, inaresto ng PNP sa kasong murder sa Ozamis City

Kinilala ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group ang nadakip na si Alinador Balindong alias Badar na kumakandidato sa pagkamayor ng Malabang.

Siya ay nadakip ng pingsanib na pwersa ng PNP-CIDG Lanao del Sur at Ozamis City PNP sa loob ng Misamis University Medical Center in Barangay Bagakay, Ozamis City sa bisa ng warrant of arrest sa kasong murder naipinalabas ni Judge Alberto Quinto ng RTC-Branch 11 sa Malabang.

Si Balindong ay primary suspect sa pagpatay sa market administrator ng Malabang.

Ang 67-year-old na si Balindong ay mananatili sa ospital matapos na ang kanyang legal counsel ay magpakita ng interim order with a granted motion for hospital arrest na inisyu ni Judge Quinto noong Nov. 22.

Pinapurihan naman ni CIDG Director General Albert Ignacius Ferro, ang mga tauhan ng CIDG at PNP sa pagkaaresto kay Balindong.
