Kidapawan's Biggest weight loser 2015 launched

KIDAPAWAN CITY - The Kidapawan City government and a wellness outfit has launched a Weight lose challenge 2015 for city government employees.About 160 workers are expected to participate in the two-month challenge,a project of Kidapawan City Mayor Joseph Evangelista and Kidapawan's Wellness Hub.Boyet Apalit of Wellness Hub said his office will monitor the weight of participants within two months.Apalit said there are so many ways to lose weight, but as far as he is concerned, the most effective is 20 percent exercise and 80 percent proper nutrition and 100 percent mindset.The biggest loser will get P10,000 cash prize while the second biggest loser will receive P5,000. Third placer gets P3,000. The biggest inch loser will receive P2,000.
