Iloilo's most wanted man arrested in Koronadal
KORONADAL CITY - One can evade the police but not the law.Paterno Soldevilla Soloren of San Jose, Iloilo,learned this after he was arrested by joint Koroandal City PNP and Iloilo police on Wednesday.Soloren was wanted for murder charges after he allegedly killed a member of the Philippine Marines in San Jose, Iloilo province, making him the most wanted man in town.Arter confirming he was hiding in Sta Cruz, Koronadal City, a joint police action was hatchedto put Soloren behind bars.Police officers, led by Supt. Barney Condes of PNP Regional Intelligence Unit (RIU-Region 6) and Chief Inspector Allan Gepana, served the warrant of arrest for Soloren issued by Judge Ma. Yolanda Panaguiton-Gavino of Regional Trial Court, 6th Judicial Region.Soloren did not resist arrest.He is now detained at Koronadal City PNP lock up cell while police are preparing for his transfer to Iloilo province.
