Gunmen rob LBC branch in Surallah

SURALLAH,
South Cotabato (Sept. 11/NDBC) – Two unidentified armed men robbed Wednesday an
LBC branch inside the town public market and fled with an estimated P30,000
cash and two smart mobile phones.

Superintendent
Benito Seron Jr, Surallah town police chief, said two men armed with hand guns barged
inside the LBC branch and declared hold-up.

After robbing
the establishment, the two fled on board a blue Honda XRM motorbike.

Seron said
police have the facial description of the suspects based on the footages of LBC’s
closed circuit television camera.

He said
inventory on the valuables taken from the cargo forwarder was still on going to
determine the exact amount taken by the suspects. (NDBC)
