Blasts hit Datu Odin, Datu Saudi towns in Maguindanao

DATU ODIN SINSUAT, Maguindanao - An unidentified men fired rifle grenade toward a parked vehicle along the national highway here Friday night, military said.Nobody was hurt in the 10:15 p.m. blast, according to Capt. Joanne Petinglay, chief of the 6th Infantry Divisionpublic affairs unit.Army bomb experts found fragments of M-203 rifle grenade at the blast site few meters from the Mindanao State University.No one has claimed responsibility.A grenade explosion was also reported in Barangay Kitango, Datu Saudi Ampatuan, Maguindanao, about less than a kilometer away from an Army detachment, villagers said.Zainudin Kudindang, a resident, said the explosion happened between 10 to 11 p.m.
