COTABATO CITY -– Another blast rocks Cotabato City Tuesday night, police said.At about 7:30 p.m., unidentified men riding on a motorbike tossed a hand grenade at the
office of Mindanao Tulong Bakwit,a non government organization helping evacuees due to armed conflictin Maguindanao and nearby provinces.It was the second explosion to rock the city this month. Early in February, an improvised bomb went off at the back of Cotabato City POlice Station 1.Nobody was hurt in two separate explosion.Senior Supt.

Police investigators said the explosion was caused by a fragmentation grenade lobbed by still unidentified motorcycle riding men in front of the Mindanao Tulong Bakwit office along Anacleto Badoy Street, Barangay Poblacion 1, Cotabato City.Bomb experts recovered the safety lever of MK-2 type of hand grenade and fragments at the blast site.No one has claimed responsibility.Police said motive still unknown.
