Balquin out, Anongos in as Cotabato City PNP director

COTABATO CITY - Senior Supt. Rolen Balquin, Cotabato City police director, will relinquish his post to Senior Supt. Rex Kesaed Anongos, currently the chief of Police Regional Office 12 Regional Police Community Relations (PCR).The turn over of command will take place at 10 a.m. today at the Cotabato City Police Office, PC Hill, Cotabato City.Balquin will move to thePRO-12 regional office in Gen. Santos City.He described Anongos as a dedicated and experienced police officer, having served in various positions in the region, including his stint abroad as members of the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission.Balquin has a long list of accomplishments as city director which contributed in the campaign to make the city investment friendly.
