Kinilala ang nasawing anak na si Vincent Isagani Madlos na nagsisilbing lider ng grupo kapalit ni Ka Oris.  Nasawi din ang asawa ni Madlos na si si Angie Polandres Salinas.

Nakasagupa ng tropa ng 8^th Infantry Battalion ang grupo ni Vicent Madlos ala una kahapon sa bayan ng Impasug-ong.

CAMP SK PENDATUN, Maguindanao --- The Bangsamoro regional police had installed acting chiefs for its component-offices in Lamitan City and Basilan province.

Lt. Col. Arlan Delumpines was named acting chief of the Lamitan City Police Office while Col. Carlos Madronio is to oversee the Basilan Provincial Police Office as officer-in-charge.

The Lamitan City police force is under the Basilan PPO.

Brig. Gen. John Guyguyon, director of the Police Regional Office-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region, confirmed on Monday the duo’s separate designations.

COTABATO CITY - A leader of a private armed group, employed as a security officer in a state university, surrendered in Marawi City Wednesday, a provincial police official said.

Col. Jibin Bongcayao, director of the Lanao del Sur provincial police, said the 51-year-old Bochary Macaronsing Pamlian turned in a .45 caliber pistol before signing a document renouncing his leadership of a secret private armed group long under surveillance by state security units and law-enforcement agencies.

CAMP SK PENDATUN, Maguindanao - Policemen on Monday uprooted no fewer than 40,000 marijuana shrubs in a two-hectare farm in Maguing town in Lanao del Sur.

Col. Jibin Bongcayao, Lanao del Sur provincial police director, said Tuesday armed men guarding the farm in Barangay Bato-Bato, Maguing immediately scampered away when they noticed policemen and soldiers approach their position from three directions.

COTABATO CITY - A 43-year-old father and his two pre-school children were killed when their motorcycle was hit by a speeding sports utility vehicle in General Santos City at noontime Sunday.

Col. Paul Bometivo, director of the General Santos City Police Office, said early Monday motorist Anacito Amoguis and his six-year-old son, John Paul, were declared dead on arrival by physicians in a hospital where they were rushed by emergency responders.

The five-year-old daughter of Amoguis named Trixie died from injuries in the same hospital later. 

COTABATO CITY --- Two motorists flagged down for not wearing helmets got jailed after policemen recovered from them P170,000 worth of shabu and half a kilo of marijuana in separate incidents in Lanao del Sur.

Col. Jibin Bongcayao, Lanao del Sur provincial police director, said Thursday they are now in custody of the 21-year-old Imram Macatanong, from whom policemen seized P5,000 worth of Marijuana Wednesday.

COTABATO CITY - A drunken soldier scaring people with a pistol and a policeman who tried to pacify him were both wounded in a shootout in San Miguel, Surigao del Sur Tuesday.

In a statement released Wednesday, the Surigao del Sur Provincial Police Office said the soldier who went berserk, Private 1^st Class Rene Porlas of the Army’s 75^th Infantry Battalion, and Police Staff Sgt. Jethro Dableo, whom he shot for trying to pacify him, are now both confined in a hospital.

CAMP SK PENDATUN, Maguindanao - The police seized explosives for fishing found in an abandoned house in Jolo town in Sulu Monday.

In a report to the headquarters here of the Police Regional Office-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region, Major Annidul Sali, chief of the Jolo municipal police, said the fishing dynamites were found in a shanty in Sitio Barberohan in Barangay Busbus.

The dynamites can also be used for terror attacks if rigged with improvised blasting mechanisms that can be detonated from a distance using mobile phones.

COTABATO CITY - The police is now in custody of a suspect in a murder case in Buldon, Maguindanao arrested in Sta, Cruz, Manila, where he stayed undercover for seven years.
Operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Region 9 found last week suspect Matar Dilabaken Anginta in Barangay 310 in Sta. Cruz Manila with the help of vigilant residents of Buldon, his hometown.

Lt. Col. Cyrus Belarmino of the Regional Special Operations Team (RSOT) of CIDG-9 on Monday confirmed the arrest of Anginta.

CAMP SK PENDATUN, Maguindanao - Authorities foiled Monday an attempt to ship from Zamboanga City P3.4 million worth of shabu to a consignee in Quezon City, a report reaching the Bangsamoro regional police office here stated.

The report said the package was consigned to a certain Dayana Ismael, whose address in the waybill of the JRS forwarding firm is Philcoa, Commonwealth, Quezon City.  

The waybill also indicated that the package, containing 500 grams of shabu, was shipped to Ismael by an alleged resident of Maluso town in Basilan named Farhana Maddih.
