Man killed lover's husband in Polomolok, S. Cotabato

POLOMOLOK, South Cotabato - A man who caught his wife in sexual act with her lover was killed after he allegedly attacked his wife's other man who foughtback in a vast pineapple plantation here Friday.The Polomolok PNP identified the victim as pineapple harvesterJoven Tablu, 31 of Barangay Landan,who died of multiple hack wounds in the head and body. Army troopers kill big time drug pusher, capture 8 more in Basilan

ZAMBOANGA CITY- - Government operatives have killed in a shootout a suspected big time drug pusher and captured eight others in Basilan province, a military official announced Friday.Maj. Felimon Tan, Western Mindanao Command (Westmincom) information officer, identified the slain drug pusher as Abubakar Mohammad alias Abubakar Adali Asa of Maluso, Basilan.Tan did not release the identities of the eight people captured during the shootout.Tan disclosed the shootout broke out around 5:45 a.m.

15 hurt in Maguindanao highway mishap

SULTAN
MASTURA, Maguindanao – At least 15 persons were injured in a
vehicular accident in the national highway in Barangay Tambo here Friday
morning, DXMS-AM RAdyo Bida reported today.Chief
Insp. Wendelyn Banico, Sultan Mastura town police chief, said involved in the
highway mishap which occurred at 6:30 a.m. today were a passenger van and an
idle Isuzu Elf truck.

City when it hit a parked cargo truck loaded with copra in Barangay Tambo.
